鬼門關前走一遭，一名心肌梗塞患者從彌留狀態回到人間，出院後第一件事，便是到消防隊，感謝消防隊員「賜命！」
宜蘭縣政府消防局南澳分隊隊員吳珩，今年7月22日凌晨4時許與役男陳俞安出勤救護，到場後發現50歲的蔡姓男子不斷哀號胸口疼痛，吳珩評估後隨即將蔡送醫，蔡上車前意識清楚，可與吳珩對話，但上車後不久口吐鮮血、眼睛往上吊。
吳珩發現狀況不對，立即將救護車停在路邊，發現他已無脈搏、呼吸頻率每分鐘約3下，昏迷指數僅3分，張口用力呼吸，屬瀕死狀況，判定蔡到院前恐怕心肺功能就會停止。
為搶救生命，吳珩與陳俞安立即急救，為蔡男貼上AED並CPR心肺復甦術，電擊約5分鐘後蔡才恢復意識，吳珩駕駛救護車迅速將蔡送往羅東聖母醫院。
院方診斷蔡患急性心肌梗塞，院方施作心導管手術，一星期後出院，目前請假在家休養，他特別感謝消防人員救了一命，近日特地到南澳與隊員吳珩合照留念。
